  2. I've been doing a research about brain waves. In most of my readings, I found out that there are basically four brain waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta. The brain wave I'm interested in is actually the Theta wave because it is used for something called Thetahealing. This was recommended to me by my friends recently because they say that it has some kind of therapeutic effect on them. This made me curious, so I studied about Theta healing and enrolled in a class for it.

  3. I've done alot of reasearch on Binaural beats and have been using them for months. I primarily use tranitional beats to fall asleep quickly (I go from alpha to delta over 20 minutes). I also use theta beats for deep meditation and to promote dreaming (works great for dreaming!)
