When the noise has color and is healthy

Imagine a special sound that could neutralize all background and annoying noise.  Just after a few seconds of listening, your whole world seems quieter and calmer. Your productivity climbs, as your concentration intensifies. If listening in bed, you find it easier to go to sleep, as all noise distractions are eliminated. Problems such as tinnitus and ADHD start to gently simmer away.

This is the scientifically tested world of colorful noises. You might have heard of "white noise" before. It's a special sort of sound, which blocks out background noise and helps boost concentration levels. It also has two close relatives: Pink Noise and Brown Noise. Each achieves the same objective, but they sound slightly different.

White Noise sounds more like radio static, Pink Noise sounds more like a natural cascade, and Brown Noise sounds like low-pitched, ocean wind. All color noises are computer generated according to a particular mathematical model, to ensure they operate at their most effective.

White Noise Benefits

White Noise is a static-like noise that covers the entire audio spectrum  blocking out all background noise. Great for enhanced focus, concentration , tinnitus and ADHD assistance, eliminating background noise distractions, and much more.

Example of whine noise sound:

Pink Noise Benefits

Pink Noise has a deeper frequency than White. It sounds like a natural waterfall. It's ideal for increasing concentration, intense study periods, soothing headaches and calming children.

Example of pink noise sound:

Brown Noise Benefits

Brown Noise has the deepest frequency. It sounds warm and relaxing, with its low-pitched sea-like sound. For this reason, it's particularly suited for deep sleep, relaxation, and quiet focused reading.

Example of brown noise sound:

What Does A Brainwave Entrainment Session Feel Like?

It only takes six minutes for your brain to start entraining.

Brainwave entrainment is a natural phenomenon that occurs when your brainwaves fall into step with an outside stimulus, usually sound and/or light, changing its dominant frequency to match that of the stimulus' frequency.

It happens naturally everyday.

When your mama sang you a lullaby, it wasn't the words so much that put you to sleep. It was the tones emanating from her voice. Your brain matched its own wave frequency to the pattern produced by the tones (thank goodness it wasn't the words--"the cradle will fall"--what's up with that?). Before you could protest that you weren't tired, all those alpha brainwaves had you lulled into a sweet, relaxed state.

And what happened the last time you went to an Ozzie concert? It didn't take long for your brainwaves to duplicate the excited energy bursting from the magnificent bass guitar, did it? You felt charged and one with the sound.

That's entrainment.

So what does it feel like when you listen to a designed brainwave entrainment session?

Well, to start off with, let's find you a quiet place where you won't be interrupted for at least 30 minutes. That means leave your phone in another room.

  • Okay now, sit or lie down...be comfortable. Loosen your clothes if they're tugging at you. You don't want a wedgy to distract you.
  • Put on a good pair of HEADPHONES. They are not necessary when using Isochronic Tones but they do ENHANCE the effect by blocking out any distractions....like a plane flying over, or the kids watching t.v. in the other room.
  • SHUT your eyes. This will immediately signal your brain to go into the alpha state and you will start to feel calm.
  • Relax your muscles. They will probably twitch here and there until they calm down.
  • Your nose, ears, or toe may itch. Anything that can itch, may itch. Ignore it and it will go away.
  • Your saliva production may speed up and you'll swallow more...or you'll drool...whatever is your norm.
  • You may experience hot flashes, even if you're a guy.
  • Your eyes may dart back and forth like you are dreaming in REM.
  • You may notice your body feels heavy, just before you realize it is vibrating or non-existent. You are detaching, standing in the doorway between your conscious and subconscious self.
  • You are floating.
  • A flood of light or flashes of light fill your inner perspective.
  • Strange sounds like buzzing, droning, thunder, or the flapping of wings may draw your attention. You may even hear a voice.
  • Strong visual impressions with vivid colours and patterns may manifest--the presence of long deceased loved ones in strange landscapes could appear.
  • An intense state of euphoria and contentment rolls over you. You feel charged and tingly. Time passes in an instant.
  • Or, if you're sleep deprived, you may fall asleep at this point--but no worries, you'll still receive benefit from the entrainment. It takes practice and focused intention to stay awake.

And when it's all over you'll feel....
  • Good. Your brain has signaled your body to release serotonin, a"feel good" hormone.
  • Revitalized. Your body will be charged with a NEW energy.
  • High. You will experience a natural high from the release of endorphins.
  • Refreshed. You will feel like someone clicked your "refresh" button and you new again.
  • Clearheaded. Things won't be so fuzzy now, or they won't be such a problem. You can process information from a different perspective now...and it will bring relief.
  • Just Plain Happier. With new energy flowing through you, and all of your natural opiates coursing through your veins, how could you not feel happier.
So there you have it.

Brainwave entrainment, no matter what type of session you choose, will bring your mind to a higher level of operation and this is immediately reflected in your body and demeanor.

What is so cool about brainwave training, is that you can use it whenever you want.

You can experience whatever it is you desire...and its as easy as putting on your headphones and listening to your iPod.

You don't need a prescription for this, and there are no ugly side effects.

AND IT FEELS GOOD.

Blocked? Boost Your Creativity and Innovation With Just Sounds and Surprise Your Boss

Is your creativity blocked? Don't worry, it happens to everyone. Even famous artists of any genre such as painters, actors or writers become blocked. The good news is that you can overcome this inventive paralysis by training your mind to get into a flow state. You can do this by listening sounds built with brainwave entrainment technology.

When we face difficult problems or challenging projects at school, university, job, etc., some of us find troublesome to concentrate and allow our ideas to flow around the problem to come up with a solution with creativity and innovation. This condition gets worse when we have tight deadlines.

The problem arises when we fall in anxiety. Anxiety activates the Amygdala, Hippocampus, and Hypothalamus producing adrenaline causing the increase of the heart beat rate and blood pressure. In addition, the muscles tenses, and our brain becomes alert. This effect is known fight-or-flight response. The fight-or-flight response is the tool that nature gives us to survive threatening situations and decide whether to run or fight for your life. However, this high alertness state distracts our mind from the main objective that is to solve a quotidian problem.

From the neurological point of view, the alertness state accelerates the speed of our brain waves, achieving our mind high beta or gamma waves dominance. On the other hand, creativity is generally associated with the alpha wave level. This level is found ruling in artists, musicians, and creative thinkers. The ideal level of creativity occurs when the dominant brain wave is around the 10hz.

You can achieve the alpha mental state in many ways. Some are recommendable some are not. Starting with the non-recommendable ways to synchronize with the alpha state you can drink alcohol or consume some drugs, but these alternatives have undesirable side effects. Among the recommendable means, you can find many relaxation alternatives such as self-hypnosis, meditation, breathing techniques, etc. However, the relaxation techniques require time, resource that not always is available in our accelerated lives.

Happily, there is an easy and quick alternative to get into the flow state: brainwave entrainment. This technique is used to create sessions with special sounds that can be used for brain stimulation. In fact, you only need to listen to the sessions during between 15' and 30' and, then. You will be in a creative state. These sessions usually include alpha waves. Sometimes the sessions work better when alpha waves are combined with low beta waves to get quick good ideas. Sometimes it is advisable to combine the alpha waves with theta waves to be in contact with our unconsciousness and get deep inspiration. Usually these sessions come in the form of MP3 files to be listened with your Mp3 player. Therefore, you can use the sessions while brainstorming, inventing or analyzing creative ideas.

The brainwave entrainment method has proven very successful at producing new neural connections, stimulating the conception of fresh ideas, and being relaxed enough to be receptive to these fresh ideas. The more you train your mind with entrainment sessions for innovation and creativity the best your brain will react in the future.

Meditate Like a Zen Monk Without Years of Training Using Brainwave Entrainment

It may sound as magic, but it's science. Meditation based on Brainwave Entrainment is a scientific and technological advance for people who want to enjoy the benefits of meditation without having to spend years learning to meditation. In fact, this is a simple, effective, unobtrusive, and really inexpensive method to get into a profound meditative state rapidly and effortlessly. It doesn't matter if you've been practicing meditation for years, or you've only just started to. Brainwave Entrainment Meditation is a scientifically proven method that will quiet your mind and gently guide you into each meditative state possible.

But, what is Brainwave Entrainment Meditation?

Meditation with Brainwave Entrainment comes in the form of a mp3 file. After you make your purchase, you can download it immediately and play it on your computer or MP3 player. You can also burn it to a CD and play it on a CD player. This audio track is generated with specialized software that uses Brainwave Entrainment technology and is designed to to guide your mind to a state of deep meditation that is achieved into the theta / delta brain waves. The typical Brainwave Entrainment Meditation lasts around 30 minutes. It can last more or less but the longer the session the better your brain is trained, so in the long-term a short session or even none is necessary to get the meditation state.

It would be nice to have a meditation machine and get in trance with the press of a button, wouldn't it?. Well now you can. The machine is your personal listening device: a mp3 player, an iPod, or a CD player.

Meditation is usually considered as a spiritual practice, but it also has many practical benefits. Meditation procedures are being used in the treatment of life threatening diseases, to reverse mental illnesses, to accelerate learning programs, to help solve problems in science, and to provide help with lifestyle's management and other problems.

Recent research has shown that meditation can be beneficial in both psychological and physical well-being. This happens because meditation brings your brainwave patterns into an alpha state, which is a level of consciousness that promotes healing of mind and body.

In one study, scientists have discovered that people who practice meditation move their brain activity to different areas of the cortex, more exactly, from the stress-prone right frontal cortex to the peace-prone left one. This shift reduces the negative effects of stress, mild depression and anxiety. Meditators also have less activity in the amygdala, where the brain processes fear.

The researchers also had participants brain waves scanned three times during the study: At the beginning of the study when meditation lessons were completed, eight weeks later, and four months after that. They found that the meditators showed a pronounced shift in activity to the left frontal lobe. In other words, they were calmer and happier than before.

What can Brainwave Entrainment Meditation do for you?
If you listen regularly the sessions you could experience some of these positive results:

  • Slower respiratory speed
  • Lowered oxygen consumption
  • Increased blood flow
  • Slower heart rate
  • Deeper levels of relaxation
  • Greater tolerance of exercise
  • Lower blood pressure
  • A more relaxed outlook
  • Reduction of anxiety and anxiety attacks
  • Reduced muscle tension
  • Better mood & behavior
  • Help with chronic diseases caused by fibromyalgia, arthritis, allergies, etc.
  • Immune system boost
  • Increase in rejuvenated and revitalized feeling
  • Spontaneity & creativity
  • Increased happiness
  • Greater ability to focus
  • Improved memory and perception

With such a list of benefits like that who wouldn't want to take the time to relax and meditate a bit? Busy people. Busy people have too much to do and scarce time. The practice of meditation demands discipline and time the one thing that people never have enough of. But now there is a way to get right to the good stuff without having to live in a monastery. Brainwave Entrainment Meditation will guide you to that peaceful place, into the meditative zone in faster time than tha ancient practices, leaving you to enjoy the effects of meditation without having to worry about its mechanics.

Experienced meditators spend most of their life learning how to control their minds. After years of practice, they develop the ability to enter into the subconscious part of their minds to unleash creative and mental powers that cannot be accessed by normal waking state. We've all read and heard about fire walkers who can foot it across a bed of burning coals at temperatures that should have reduced their feet to cinders, yet at the end of their walk, they suffer not so much as a blister.

For those new to meditation it is very difficult to perceive the concept that our so-called normal waking state is neither the highest, nor the most effective state of which the human mind is competent. Indeed, there are other states of greater awareness where one is able to enter into for brief periods of time, and then return enriched and enlivened.

The inconvenience with traditional meditation practices is that it takes years of brain training to redirect its power into optimal brain wave patterns. But now exists an easy way to access these higher states of consciousness without being a meditation expert. A way to drive your brain into an altered state automatically, at the push of a button. This way is through Brainwave Entrainment Meditation. If you're skeptical, we understand, so you can give a try in the links showed below.
